Return Policy – Hand Made Nigeria

We currently offer a 24-hour return policy on all items in the market place, except otherwise stated by individual sellers for their items.

Kindly examine your buy immediately it is delivered to you, and return within 24 hours if you observe any of these irregularities – different from advertised, damaged on arrival, wrong fit.

Package item together with invoice and a filled Returns slip and return to our office within the stated period. You may also return it to the delivery person immediately.

When we get notified within this period, we will help you to contact the seller for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Our returns policy lapses after 24 hours of you receiving your purchase, but you may contact us if you still have issues after this period and we will see what we can do.
